Hear from our executive director
I was born and raised in the West African Nation of Liberia. I migrated to the U.S in 2005 and settled in the U.S state of New Jersey. I moved to California in 2006 and entered the Santa Rosa Junior college. I graduated in 2011 as a vocational nurse from the Santa Rosa Junior college. I have since worked as an LVN/nursing supervisor in various capacities/positions. In 2020 October, I joined the team here at The Pines in Rocklin CA as an LVN/memory care director. In May 2021, I was promoted to the Executive Director position. I am currently enrolled at the Grand Canyon University where I hope to get my bachelor degree in health care administration sometimes in the near future. I am married with four beautiful girls’ children. In my spear time, I love to watch/play soccer. It is my honor to welcome you to the Cogir family.
