Leading with heart and a passion for community, I’ve spent over nine years creating senior living environments where residents feel at home and staff feel supported. I focus on delivering exceptional care, building strong teams, and enhancing every aspect of daily life. I’m proud to have secured grants that improve resident spaces and guided communities to national recognition for excellence. Outside of work, my wife and I embrace adventure and give back, supporting local nonprofits and projects that strengthen the community around us.
