Wenatchee Senior Living by Cogir offers Independent Living and Assisted Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors.

Our age-in-place philosophy is a perfect solution for couples who have different needs but still want to stay together, as your lifestyle doesn’t have to change when one spouse requires more help.

Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Washington’s governing health office. Wenatchee Senior Living by Cogir also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.

We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.

For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our community.

Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.

We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, billiards, book clubs, card playing, cooking classes, exercise classes, exercise programs, game nights, indoor group activities, intergenerational programs, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, meditation, men’s groups, movie nights, musical instruments, organized sports (indoor), physical fitness program, piano, resident-run activities, stories, Tai Chi, TV (cable/satellite), wellness programs, Wii games, women’s groups, and Yoga.

At Wenatchee Senior Living by Cogir, you can enjoy accompanied walks, cycling, day trips, events and outings, gardening, organized sports (outdoor), outdoor group activities, park visits, volunteer opportunities, walking trails, and our community garden. 

Your monthly rent will include basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, internet/WiFi, linen service, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.

Each apartment comes with air conditioning, individual climate control, microwaves, private balcony, private kitchenette, private kitchen, private outdoor area, private patio, refrigerators, safety-assist bathroom, a walk-in closet, walk-in shower, a washer & dryer, and a safe.

We require staff background checks.

We offer flexible visiting hours, including morning, afternoon, and evening visiting hours, guests at mealtimes, on-site parking for guests, and overnight guests stays.
