Dale has over 30 years of experience in delivering high quality food service and management as well as expertise in kitchen design. Most recently, Dale was General Manager at Sodexo Corporate Services where he managed the food service program for multiple corporate campuses. Dale has also been the Executive Chef at Sierra Pointe Retirement Community. “I have worked with Dale for nearly 20 years and there is nobody who understands the operations of a kitchen, kitchen design, and the delivery of high end cuisine better than Dale,” stated Cadence Principal Eric Gruber. Dale will initially be focused on the opening of Inspira Arrowhead and Acoya Mesa communities in Arizona.
