
Cadence Announces San Francisco Area Acquisition
Millbrae, CA. — Cadence Living, a senior living development and management company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, announced today that it has acquired Marymount Greenhills Retirement Center in Millbrae, California. The community, which will be renamed Cadence Millbrae, will undergo extensive renovations over the course of the next year. The renovations will be in harmony with the City’s current plans to redevelop selected areas of Millbrae into thriving hubs for commercial and residential activities.
Cadence Millbrae is a 158 unit community housing independent, assisted and memory care residents in a tranquil setting adjacent to Greenhills Park with views of the San Francisco Bay. “We are thrilled to welcome Cadence Millbrae to our family of communities,” said Susan Stangroom, Vice President of Operations West Coast. “We are committed to transforming this local icon into a first-class destination for retirement living and providing exceptional care for those residents who need it.” The renovation project will include fully modernized apartments and common area corridors, as well as renovation of all common area spaces such as the dining room, activity spaces, and lobby.
