Cadence Living Hires Deborah Osterhaudt as Regional Vice President of Operations in the Southeast

Scottsdale, AZ. — Cadence Living announces that Deborah Osterhaudt has joined the management team of Cadence Living as Vice President of Operations for the Southeast Region. Deb will have principal responsibility for operational success of Cadence’s growing portfolio of senior living communities in the Southeast Region. Deb has over 21 years of experience in caring for seniors and senior housing operations as well as holding regional sales and marketing positions. Prior to joining Cadence, Deb held regional operations and marketing roles with The Arbor Company, Principal Senior Living Group, Thrive Senior Living and Brickmont Assisted Living. “Deb brings a perfect balance of operations and marketing experience to our Southeast Region,” stated Cadence Chief Operating Officer Susie Stangroom. “Her incredible work ethic makes Deb a great fit for Cadence and we look forward to growing the region under her guidance.” Deb will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
