Cadence Living Promotes Susie Stangroom to Chief Operating Officer

Scottsdale, AZ. — Cadence Living announces that it has promoted Susie Stangroom to Chief Operating Officer. Susie joined Cadence in 2017 after being head of operations for the Westmont Living portfolio. Susie has been Vice President of Operations for the West Region at Cadence since 2017. Susie has over 27 years of senior living experience with particular expertise in internal audits for compliance of state and company regulations, development of policies and procedures, due diligence, portfolio management, community design and operational turn-arounds. A trained chef from the Culinary Institute of America, Susie also brings extensive culinary experience to the position.

Treva Whalen will replace Susie as Vice President of Operations for the West Region at Cadence. Treva has been Director of Operations for the West Region and has been working side by side with Susie in operating Cadence’s communities in California.
