Cogir Senior Living Hires Tracy Colburn as Vice President of Operations

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Cogir Senior Living has hired Tracy Colburn to serve as the company’s Vice President of Operations. Colburn has over 20 years of experience operating senior living communities, most recently as executive director at Sierra Pointe Retirement Community, an Atria Senior Living community in Scottsdale. With over seven years as Executive Director, Colburn increased occupancy from 79.8 percent to 98 percent. She also previously held positions with Brookdale Senior Living and Encore Senior Living. In her new position, Colburn will be responsible for community operations of Cogir’s portfolio. Based in Scottsdale, Cogir Senior Living develops, owns and operates senior housing communities.
