
Kelly Grisnik joins Cadence as Director of Human Resources
Scottsdale, AZ. — Cadence Living, a senior housing owner, developer and operator based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is pleased to announce that Kelly Grisnik has joined Cadence as Director of Human Resources. Kelly is a human resource professional with 15 years of progressive management experience and an extensive background in Senior Living including her most recent stint as Director of Employee Relations for Stonecrest Senior Living. Kelly has also spent time with Erickson Senior Living and Brookdale Senior Living. Kelly graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Journalism and a Masters of Management from Baker University.
As an HR Generalist, Kelly has broad experience in all area of human resources with notable experience in onboarding, performance management and training. Kelly will take the lead role in the Cadence HR Department for performance management, progressive discipline and all issues surrounding retention, recruiting and performance management. “We are very excited to have Kelly join our growing team,” stated Cadence Principal Eric Gruber, “She is the consummate professional and we look forward to her continuing Cadence’s commitment to be a disruptor in the senior housing industry by always putting people first.”
