Senior living company launches casting call, offers one month immersive in-community experience to senior creator to document life with residents

What is daily life inside a senior living community really like?

Cogir Senior Living is inviting a content creator to find out firsthand through its newly announced Granfluencer Program, an immersive experience that will place a selected storyteller inside one of the company’s communities in Scottsdale, Arizona for one month.

The chosen creator must be at least 65 years old and able to live independently. The selected influencer will participate in a one-month immersive in-community experience, with standard community costs covered by Cogir during that month (subject to terms and conditions), along with a stipend, while documenting authentic moments from everyday life alongside residents and staff. The program is designed to give audiences a behind-the-scenes look at the relationships, routines, and experiences that define modern senior living.

From morning coffee conversations and fitness classes to chef-prepared meals, social gatherings, and community events, the Granfluencer will showcase the vibrant lifestyle residents experience every day.

Throughout the month, the Granfluencer will share their experience across social media and digital platforms, highlighting resident stories, staff connections, wellness programs, dining experiences, and community traditions.

The initiative aims to challenge outdated stereotypes about senior living by providing an authentic view of daily life inside a modern community.

Following the onsite immersive experience, the collaboration will continue through additional storytelling designed to help adult children and families navigate one of life’s most important decisions: finding the right place for a loved one.

The inaugural Granfluencer Residency will begin in May 2026.
