The monthly fee includes full dining, coffee, tea service and snacks available throughout the day; housekeeping; personal laundry; local transportation; utilities (except internet and phone); and a full activity calendar of social and recreational programs. We charge a community fee deposit (a type of entry fee). Also, any charges for care services in Memory Care are bundled with the rent.
