Yes! We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes residents’ dogs, cats, birds and fish. Dogs must be approved by the Executive Director, who determines acceptable pet residency. For the safety and comfort of all residents and guests, residents are responsible for their pets at all times and must adhere to the pet policy.
Smoking is not allowed. Cogir of Brentwood is a smoke-free community.
The first thing you’ll notice is plenty of storage space for all your belongings. You can also keep your wardrobe pristine with the help of the washer/dryer set available in each unit or let our staff take care of it for you. Cook yourself a healthy meal in your fully equipped kitchen, then savor it in your cozy living room. Emergency pendants and housekeeping services are included, as well.
