The person who showed us around was so kind, welcoming, and informative. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Since my mom moved in, we’ve continued to have a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Every time I visit, they greet me by name, and it’s obvious they really know my mom—not just as a resident, but as a person. That personal touch means so much to our family. The community is always clean and well cared for, and anytime my mom has needed something fixed in her apartment, maintenance has responded quickly and taken care of it without any hassle. The dining supervisor does an amazing job making sure everyone is taken care of and that residents are happy with their meals. It’s such a relief knowing my mom is somewhere she feels comfortable, respected, and cared for.
