Lite Care is designed for older adults who value their independence but could benefit from a little extra support with everyday life. Residents can continue living life on their terms with wellness oversight, convenient support, and added peace of mind for families.

Our lite care services include:

- Monthly vital signs and weight checks
- Quarterly health assessments
- Care coordination with primary care and home health providers

- Daily concierge check-ins
Comfortable cottage living
Our cottage neighborhood offers a more intimate, home-like approach to senior living. Five cottages are arranged into two separate households, each with four or five private bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms surrounding a shared living room, dining room, and full kitchen. It feels less like a traditional senior living community and more like home — with neighbors, familiar faces, and support close by.
Lite Care is available specifically to residents living in the cottages at Cogir of Lotus Park.
