What levels of care do you offer?
Cogir of Morrison Ranch offers Assisted Living and Memory Care lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
Our age-in-place philosophy is a perfect solution for couples who have different needs but still want to stay together, as your lifestyle doesn’t have to change when one spouse requires more help.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by Arizona’s governing health office. Cogir of Morrison Ranch also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
What assistance services do you offer?
We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, we are committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.
What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer functional fitness, gentle chair yoga, group trivia, bible study, resident choir, drum circle, Wheel of Fortune, and Rummikub (and other games).
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy gardening club, walking clubs, outdoor group activities, events, and outings.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes dining, housekeeping, transportation to medical appointments, dynamic calendar of events and programs, all utilities (electricity, water, trash, and sewer), internet/Wi-Fi, basic cable, apartment maintenance services, laundry/linen services, and a resident call response system.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include A/C and individual climate control.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We allow family and friends to visit their loved ones 24/7.
What is your pet policy?
