Hear from our Executive Director
A proud Arizona native and lifelong Peoria resident, Michelle has dedicated her career to senior living since the age of 16. From her beginnings as a front desk receptionist to earning her Assisted Living Manager’s license at just 20, Michelle has always been driven by a passion for care and community. She played a pivotal role in launching one of Arizona’s first Medicaid programs in assisted living—an achievement she still treasures today. With deep roots in Peoria, Michelle actively supports the local Chamber of Commerce and leads holiday outreach efforts for families in need. When she’s not supporting residents and families at her Memory Care community, you’ll find her gardening, painting pots, or attending club meetups with fellow plant lovers. At the heart of her leadership is a simple promise: everyone who walks through the door is treated like family.
