My mother moved in after Christmas and she loves it. Best Christmas present ! You will be greeted with a warm smile from assistant manager Sonja or Asa😀. Makes you feel at home. The lobby is clean and welcoming. You will find residents chatting daily with their friends. The dinning room is warm and you can enjoy dinning with your friends. You will enjoy signing your lease with friendly Chad. He is so helpful! If you need a repair no worries Ken will fix in a jiffy with a smile. Julie the Sr manager is always smiling and often found hugging one of the residents. The Activities will keep you entertained! They offer Bingo, movies, bridge and crafts. They hosts parties full of fun. We had Easter Bonnett decorating, patio party, Super Bowl Party, and a Sock hop to list a few. This month is a Luau! Can’t say enough about Carmel place ! Love it!

Hello, my name is Julie. I am a wife, mother, grandmother and Executive Director. I fall in love at the drop of a hat and have fallen deeply in love with the residents, families and my amazing team at Solista Charlotte. I have never before felt so at home in any role. It is a pleasure to serve this company and everyone I come in contact with here, and I look forward to doing so for many years to come. Professionally, I’m a results-driven leader with extensive success in sales, customer service, and operational oversight. I’m known for being reliable, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. I served as the General Manager of Carmel Place for two years before making the change to Solista Charlotte. I have over twenty-five years of experience in Managerial Roles for a high-end grocery chain, and several other retail establishments, specializing in operations and sales leadership. I have demonstrated expertise as a Regional Director of Sales in the Hospitality Industry. I have been recognized for exceptional leadership skills, fast learning ability, and a track record of training individuals to deliver superior customer service across all positions held. I also build and lead talented teams of professionals through interactive training and mentorship opportunities.
