I enjoy creating activities to do with my friends and neighbors. I also provide transportation to those that need my help. Our lobby is looking so much bigger and the renovations are coming along great.

My mother moved in after Christmas and she loves it. Best Christmas present ! You will be greeted with a warm smile from assistant manager Sonja or Asa😀. Makes you feel at home. The lobby is clean and welcoming. You will find residents chatting daily with their friends. The dinning room is warm and you can enjoy dinning with your friends. You will enjoy signing your lease with friendly Chad. He is so helpful! If you need a repair no worries Ken will fix in a jiffy with a smile. Julie the Sr manager is always smiling and often found hugging one of the residents. The Activities will keep you entertained! They offer Bingo, movies, bridge and crafts. They hosts parties full of fun. We had Easter Bonnett decorating, patio party, Super Bowl Party, and a Sock hop to list a few. This month is a Luau! Can’t say enough about Carmel place ! Love it!

I quickly fell in love with the residents, families, and team at Solista Charlotte by Cogir, and I’ve never felt more at home. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in operations, sales, and customer service, I’m passionate about building exceptional teams and creating a welcoming community where residents and families feel supported every day.
