What levels of care do you offer?
Solista Charlotte by Cogir offers Independent Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by North Carolina’s governing health office. Solista Charlotte also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.
What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, billiards, book clubs, card playing, exercise classes, exercise programs, game nights, indoor group activities, live entertainment, movie nights, musical instruments, piano, resident-run activities, TV (cable/satellite), and Yoga.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
You can enjoy events and outings and gardening.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, lunch, internet/WiFi, linen service, scheduled transportation, and utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include air conditioning, a dishwasher, individual climate control, a microwave, a private balcony, a private kitchen, a private kitchenette, a private outdoor area, a private patio, a refrigerator, a safety-assist bathroom, a walk-in closet, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in tub.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks and have an automatic door system for locking our community.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We offer flexible visiting hours.
What is your pet policy?
Service animals allowed, large dogs allowed (over 25 lbs.), small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.), and cats allowed.
