At the heart of Megan Lindner’s leadership is a deep passion for people. As Executive Director of The Georgian Lakeside, Megan is committed to creating a warm, safe, and enriching environment where residents feel truly at home—and where their families feel peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in compassionate hands.
Originally from New York, Megan made the decision to trade in the cold and snow for the blue skies and southern charm of Georgia. She immediately fell in love with the sense of community, the warmth of the people, and the slower pace that allows for more meaningful connections—both personally and professionally.
With years of experience in senior living, Megan leads with empathy, integrity, and a strong sense of purpose. She believes every resident deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated, and works closely with families and staff to ensure care is personalized, thoughtful, and respectful. From welcoming new residents to supporting families through transitions, Megan is a steady, reassuring presence who takes pride in building meaningful relationships.
Megan feels honored each day to be entrusted with the care of those who once cared for us. Her leadership is guided by the belief that quality care starts with a strong community—and that community begins with kindness, communication, and connection.
Outside of work, Megan is a proud mother and new grandmother who enjoys spending time with her family, tending to her many houseplants, and soaking up the beauty of the outdoors.
