Yes! We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes residents’ dogs, cats, birds and fish. Dogs must be approved by the Executive Director, who determines acceptable pet residency. For the safety and comfort of all residents and guests, residents are responsible for their pets at all times and must adhere to the pet policy.
Smoking is not allowed. The Lofts by Cogir is a smoke-free community.
Each day is better than the previous at The Lofts by Cogir. Swim indoors at the 88-degree saltwater pool, play bingo in the community room or watch your favorite movie at the on-site Glenwood Theater. When you want to exercise, head to the 2600-square-foot Sky Gym that provides a full range of fitness programs or take a relaxing walk along the outdoor paths.
