“We moved to the Montecito in January and immediately felt welcomed and at home. All of our neighbors are friendly. We love our independent villa and decorating it and fixing it up the way we like. The staff is amazing–they go above and beyond to insure that our every need is met. We enjoy walking the dog with the sidewalks, shady trees, and lots of green grass.
