I highly recommend the Windham for independent and assisted living. My mom has been there for 3 years and I have observed first hand the highest level of quality, care and professionalism in Fresno. Living out of state it was important to know that my mom was in good hands. The strutture is beautiful, clean and cared for down to the smallest detail with a vibrant atmosphere. In my opinion the restaurant has some of the best burgers and pancakes in town. The staff is professional, friendly, patient considerate and ready to help in any way. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Starting with the Executive Director I’ve witnessed first hand the importance of treating each resident with respect, love and dignity while helping family members deal with the care challenges of an aging parent. I knew I wasn’t alone.

My parents moved here almost a year now, I love this place! A beautiful place, the residents are so friendly and my parents made friends quickly. Lots of activities. For me, the best part is the staff. They truly care about the residents and are very thoughtful. My parents are happy.

Fantastic facility with incredibly friendly staff. I am always greeted by happy clients who are enjoying themselves. Often when visiting there are special events with music, singing, guests dancing, and especially delicious food. Friday’s are just fun at The Windham. The wellness care staff are exceptional!! It’s always been a pleasure to work with such caring people. I highly recommend The Windham Fresno.

Hear from our executive director

Having lost my grandparents at a young age, it’s truly an honor to provide service and care to the elderly. Getting into the industry, it felt like I gained 200+ grandparents. I enjoy being the family away from family. I always keep that in mind when making decisions, and consider how comfortable I would feel with that decision if my own loved one lived here. We all have something we can learn from one another and the bond that we build with our residents is so meaningful.
