What levels of care do you offer?
The Windham by Cogir offers Independent Living and Assisted Living lifestyle choices for modern seniors.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by California’s governing health office. The Windham by Cogir also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
What assistance services do you offer?
We can assist residents with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming and dining. Each resident will receive a personalized service plan that details their care and is regularly updated to meet evolving needs. For example, some of our residents require general oversight and reminders, while others need various levels of care and assistance.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful.
Our priority is always to uphold the dignity of those we serve and to make sure that everyone, regardless of ability, has full access to the care and comfort they deserve.
What indoor activities do you offer?
We offer activity programs, arts and crafts, billiards, book clubs, card playing, exercise classes, exercise programs, game nights, indoor group activities, lectures and discussions, live entertainment, men’s groups, movie nights, a physical fitness program, piano, resident-run activities, stories, Tai Chi, TV (cable/satellite), wellness programs, Wii games, women’s groups, and Yoga.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
At The Windham, you can enjoy accompanied walks, day trips, events and outings, gardening, outdoor group activities, park visits, and walking trails.
What services are included in the monthly rates?
Your monthly rent includes basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, linen service, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.
What features do your rooms have?
Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, microwaves, private balcony, private kitchen, private outdoor area, private patio, refrigerators, safety-assist bathroom, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We offer flexible visiting hours, guests at mealtimes, on-site parking, and overnight guests stays.
What is your pet policy?
Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.), cats allowed, and service animals allowed.
