Scottsdale, AZ. — We are pleased to announce that Lidia Panayotova has joined the Cadence corporate team as Assistant Controller. In her position as the Assistant Controller, Lidia will oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions for several of Cadence’s communities as well as work on general corporate accounting matters. Prior to joining Cadence, Lidia served as a Senior Finance Accountant for Kitchell Corporation, a Phoenix based General Contractor and Property Manager, was a Senior Project Finance Accountant with Walton Development and Management and also worked in the accounting department for KB Homes, a leading national publicly traded homebuilder. Lidia, a licensed CPA, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business as well as a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
