Yes! We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes residents’ dogs, cats, birds and fish. Dogs must be approved by the Executive Director, who determines acceptable pet residency. For the safety and comfort of all residents and guests, residents are responsible for their pets at all times and must adhere to the pet policy.
Smoking is not allowed. Cogir at the Quarry is a smoke-free community.
Warm aesthetics and elegant finishes set the tone for joyful moments within our well-designed layouts. Cable is also provided for entertaining evenings, as is Wi-Fi in all common areas, which makes it easy for your dearest ones to stay a part of your day-to-day. For added convenience, we also provide housekeeping, trash removal, and maintenance services.
