Yes! We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes residents’ dogs, cats, birds and fish. Dogs must be approved by the Executive Director, who determines acceptable pet residency. For the safety and comfort of all residents and guests, residents are responsible for their pets at all times and must adhere to the pet policy.
Smoking is not allowed. Cogir of Fremont is a smoke-free community.
Our pet-friendly senior apartments come with upscale amenities and contemporary floor plans, exuding warmth and elegance from every corner. Residents can pick from a studio, one, or two-bedroom layout and enjoy the same comfort level. Full bathrooms, private patios or balconies, and ample storage space are present inside each one. On top of all these, our apartments are cable ready and have all the utilities covered. Living at Cogir of Fremont also means having an extensive list of well-curated services. This can include anything, from personal care, weekly housekeeping, and laundry services to medication reminders and transportation to medical appointments.
