What levels of care do you offer?
Solista Durham by Cogir offers Independent Living services for modern seniors.
What kind of training do your care team members receive?
Our Care Partners are certified caregivers. They are required to complete the approved training program as mandated by North Carolina’s governing health office. Solista Durham by Cogir also provides ongoing training monthly and as needed.
Do our communities support hearing impaired residents?
For prospects or residents who are hearing impaired, our community is committed to offering appropriate accommodations to make their experience seamless and successful. These may include providing a translator during tours, utilizing virtual interpreter services, message boards, or other interventions that will help ensure that they feel welcomed, understood, and supported in our communities.

Your monthly rent includes 24/7 dining, basic cable, breakfast, dinner, housekeeping, linen service, lunch, scheduled transportation, and utilities.

Our apartments include air conditioning, individual climate control, a private balcony, a private kitchenette, a private patio, a refrigerator, a safety-assist bathroom, a walk-in shower, a walk-in tub, and a walk-in closet.
What security features do you offer?
We require staff background checks.
What is your guest/visitor policy?
We allow morning visiting hours, afternoon visiting hours, evening visiting hours, flexible visiting hours, guests at mealtimes, on-site parking for guests, and overnight guests.
What is your pet policy?
Cats allowed, small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs.), large dogs allowed (over 25 lbs.), and service animals allowed.
