Our nurse assesses each resident’s care needs to create a personalized service plan that determines their level of care. Assessments are done prior to move-in, 30 days after move-in, and as needed, to ensure everyone receives as much or as little care as they need.
Some of our residents in Assisted Living simply require help managing medications, while others need various levels of care. We can assist our residents with daily living activities, such as showering, dressing, grooming and even escorts to dining and activities. Each resident has a personalized service plan that is updated regularly to meet changing needs.
The Windham offers these lifestyle choices: Independent Living and Assisted Living.
In Independent Living, you can choose a studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment, some with two baths. We also offer detached, standalone cottages with full kitchens, which are perfect for married couples and are highly popular and in demand.
In Assisted Living, you can choose from studio, one or two bedroom options. Cottages are available for Independent Living residents only.
